We begin with the project itself: its activity, location, operating history and available evidence. We assess the relevant methodology, identify eligibility questions and establish a practical scope of work. Our advisory covers carbon project pathways through Verra and ICR, alongside collection and recycling projects under Verra’s Plastic Program. Early analysis gives the developer a clearer basis for deciding how to proceed.
Build the technical foundation.
We support methodology alignment, baseline and additionality analysis, project descriptions and monitoring plans. For plastic projects, this includes the evidence behind collection or recycling activity, material flows and traceability. For carbon projects, it includes the assumptions and records supporting the proposed emissions reductions or removals. Deliverables are tailored to the methodology and the developer’s existing systems, with open questions and evidence gaps made explicit.
Coordinate the process.
We help organise submission materials, coordinate technical responses and keep project teams aligned through assessment and registry review. The engagement can cover a defined technical task or sustained support across the development pathway. As a project evolves, we help maintain the consistency of its documentation and monitoring records so that the next submission builds on a clear record of the work already completed.
Connect development with the market.
Where appropriate, we also support the commercial side of the project through credit brokerage and purchaser enquiries. We bring the methodology, documentation and buyer requirements into one discussion, helping the developer plan the work and communicate its stage accurately.
